✦ NVIDIA Kicks Off a New Era of American AI Supercomputers
There was a time when NVIDIA was associated solely with graphics cards.
Today, it is launching a project that could shift the global balance of technological power.
In April 2025, NVIDIA officially announced: the production of AI-powered supercomputers is now beginning in the United States.
Partnering with industry giants like TSMC, Foxconn, and Wistron, NVIDIA is building massive manufacturing facilities in Arizona and Texas.
Over the next 12 to 15 months, these plants will start producing the latest Blackwell series processors and assembling ultra-powerful AI systems.
The plans are ambitious: within four years, the company aims to invest up to half a trillion dollars into creating AI infrastructure across the U.S.
The expected outcome? Hundreds of thousands of new jobs, world-leading supercomputers, and possibly a revolution in how factories, research centers, and tech startups are built.
NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang has already declared: for the first time ever, the “engines of global AI infrastructure” will be built on American soil.
And it looks like this is just the beginning.
