Hex Trust, a leader in digital asset custody and trading, has been granted a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), effective March 1, 2025. The license allows Hex Trust to offer regulated services in cross-border money transfers and digital payment token transactions.
With this license, Hex Trust can now provide a fully integrated suite of services — including digital asset custody, OTC trading, settlement solutions, and fiat on/off-ramping.
Group CEO and Co-founder Alessio Quaglini noted that securing the MPI license strengthens Hex Trust’s global position as a trusted bridge between traditional finance and the digital asset economy.
Operating in Singapore since 2020, Hex Trust also holds regulatory approvals in Hong Kong, Dubai, France, and Italy, further solidifying its international footprint.
