Crypto exchange Gemini is expanding its fiat infrastructure across Europe, now allowing institutional clients in the UK and Switzerland to directly deposit and withdraw U.S. dollars. In the coming weeks, this feature will also be available to users in EU countries.
The expansion is made possible through a partnership with Bank Frick, a Liechtenstein-based financial institution specializing in blockchain banking and fund management. Using Bank Frick’s xPULSE service, Gemini now offers nearly round-the-clock (23/7) USD payment support, including after-hours transfers — fast, seamless, and efficient.
The service is already active in the UK and Switzerland, and will soon roll out across other jurisdictions including Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man. This enables institutional clients across these regions to conduct crypto trades in USD, connect with over 80 trading pairs, and operate effectively in the global digital asset space.
