100 premium-class houses printed with a 3D printer

In Texas, the Construction of the World’s Largest 3D-Printed Neighborhood Nears Completion The project includes 100 premium-class homes ranging from 140 to 195 square meters, located in the Wolf Ranch area near Austin. These houses are being printed using Icon’s giant Vulcan 3D printer. Vulcan is an advanced system specifically designed for rapid and precise construction of homes. It uses a unique material called Lavacrete, and the process is controlled by BuildOS software, ensuring high quality and energy efficiency of the houses. Prices start at $400,000.
