News Flash: Polish Clone Alpha — A Robot with Human Muscles Shocks the World

Polish startup Clone Robotics is blurring the line between man and machine with its newly unveiled humanoid, Clone Alpha. This android, featuring a full musculoskeletal system, isn’t just another robot — it’s a creepily smart mechanical neighbor that can shake your hand, serve dinner, and even chat with guests. Online, it’s already been dubbed “the creepiest robot of the year”, and it looks like the Terminator has a new rival — one who doesn’t just walk but lives among us.
Clone Alpha isn’t science fiction — it’s real. Built with a polymer skeleton of 206 “bones” and hydraulic muscles that function like human ones, it uses Myofiber artificial fibers, which contract 30% in just 50 milliseconds, delivering smooth, lifelike movements. A 500-watt hydraulic pump pushes fluid at 40 liters per minute, acting as blood in this mechanical body. The entire system is controlled by a neural network named Telekinesis, allowing the robot to learn in real time — from cleaning to performing new tricks.
What can this marvel of a servant do?
It remembers where your belongings are and puts them back just the way you like. It turns on lights, controls your smart home, washes dishes, and even does laundry. Lost your keys? Clone Alpha will find them. Tired of carrying bags? It’ll help. And best of all — no dead batteries: the robot recharges itself to never leave you stranded.
A limited run of 279 units is already available for pre-order, with deliveries expected in 2025.
A video featuring the Protoclone V1 prototype, Alpha’s predecessor, recently went viral: the suspended android jerking its arms and legs with such anatomical accuracy that viewers were chilled. With over 200 degrees of freedom, 1,000 myofibrils, and 500 sensors, its movements are eerily lifelike.
“This isn’t just a robot — it’s a step toward hyperrealism,” say engineers at Clone Robotics, emphasizing their goal to create a helper indistinguishable from a human.
Reactions are divided: some see Clone Alpha as the future of home technology, others as a chilling sign of the android age to come.
Would you let a “neighbor” like that into your home?
