Definitions

The Company – Hi-Tech Inovace s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic under number: Ič: 247 51 855, VAT: CZ24751855, C 171354, address: Za Poříčskou bránou 315/10, Karlín, 186 00 PRAGUE 8, CZECH REPUBLIC, is the Publisher of the news portal/website and electronic magazine FUTURUM, the owner of the FUTURUM franchise in international distribution and cooperation.

The news and information/multimedia portal is a resource operated by the Company and can be accessed at www.futurum.media

Definitions:

• FUTURUM – an electronic periodical news magazine “the voice of the digital age, which may refer to the Company, the News Portal or both.
• Subscription News Feeds – short, timely and relevant news feeds sent to subscribers, including paid news feeds.
• FUTURUM Editorial Board – a collective body run by FUTURUM PLATFORM (address, no.) on a non-profit basis for its statutory purposes, in particular: “to promote universal computer and digital literacy”. Forms design, columns and newsfeeds, coordination with authors and volunteers, reader feedback, and posting partner materials.
• Terms and Conditions – the latest version of Hi-Tech Inovace s.r.o. Terms of Use.
• Visitor/reader – a person who visits the website, FUTURUM magazine and subscribes to news feeds.
• Guidelines – legal rules applicable to the Company within its jurisdiction or by virtue of law enforcement.
• GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
• Personal Data – any information that identifies a Visitor, such as the Visitor’s name, address and identification number.
• Content – all information or content that is displayed, used or transmitted on the News Portal or in the FUTURUM Magazine, or sent via e-mail through the subscription service.

Acceptance of terms and conditions by the visitor

Visitors to Metaverse Post are encouraged to read our policy. Metaverse Post is a news site that aims to provide its users with reliable and honest reports on the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries. These Terms and Conditions have been developed by the Company in accordance with applicable laws, relevant Guidelines and internal policies.

Visitor agrees to the above Terms and Conditions by using the News Portal. Visitor’s use of the News Portal is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute an agreement between Visitor and the Company. If the Visitor does not agree to these Terms, he/she must leave the News Portal and immediately stop using its services.

Content and copyright

The Company owns all content on the News Portal, which is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. The visitor may use the Content only for personal and non-commercial purposes and is prohibited from distributing the content of the Portal without the prior consent of the Company. Requests to use Content in ways not described above should be sent to info@futurum.media for prior review and approval.

Limitation of Liability

The services and information available on the News Portal are provided strictly “as is”, “where is” and “where available”. The Company makes no warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information on the News Portal. The Company expressly disclaims any implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may result from the interception by third parties of any information provided to you through the News Portal. The Company, including affiliates, directors, officers or employees, as well as third party content, software and/or technology providers, shall not be liable for any loss or damage that the Visitor may suffer due to errors or failures in the operation of the Portal, or any acts or omissions related to the creation of the News Portal, the data contained therein, or the products or services offered. The Company shall not be liable to the Visitor for any direct, special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any other damages of any kind, whether in contract or tort, even if Metaverse Post or any other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disclaimer

The Company cannot guarantee the accuracy of the material contained in the opinions and articles published on the News Portal, as they are the result of the authors’ work and are subject to bias and subjectivity. The content, stories and opinions of the News Portal do not constitute financial advice or investment appeals. The Company’s publications should not be considered investment advice, and no data or information on the News Portal should be used for investment.

Complaints

The Company respects the creativity and proprietary rights of others, and strictly enforces intellectual property and copyright laws. If you suspect intellectual property or copyright infringement has occurred, please notify us immediately(info@futurum.media) with details of the infringement. In your complaint, include:

• Information about the owner of the intellectual property
• An accurate description of the intellectual property
• Contact details of the complainant

The Company will take reasonable steps to resolve the complaint as soon as possible – provided that complaints are made in good faith by Visitors.

Monitoring and review

The Company will regularly review the effectiveness and completeness of these Terms and Conditions, in particular the quality of the procedures described therein, and may make changes if necessary.

In addition, the Terms will be reviewed by the Company at least annually. Any material changes to these Terms will be notified to the Company’s Visitors by publishing the updated version on our website in the relevant section. Unless otherwise agreed, changes will be effective immediately upon publication of the new version on the News Portal.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be finally settled in the district civil court at the location of the publishing house of Hi-Tech Inovace s.r.o. in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of the Czech Republic.

Language

The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. In the event of a discrepancy between the English version and a translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail.

Entry into force

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of March 25, 2024.
