Ukraine continues to impress with its achievements in digitalization. According to the latest report, the country ranks 5th globally in terms of digital public service development. In 2018, Ukraine was ranked only 102nd, but thanks to large-scale transformation and the implementation of advanced technologies, such as the “Diia” application, the country has made a huge leap forward.
This government-launched program provides citizens with convenient access to over 70 digital services, including document processing, taxes, business services, and social payments. Systematic work on improving infrastructure, digital solutions, and the legislative framework has enabled Ukraine to reach a level that positions it as a leader among European and global nations.
